Product Guarantee
Our 30 day return policy takes the worry out of trying a new product. If you are unhappy with a product, simply return it with all of the parts and information, in its original condition for a full refund.  After 30 days, our products are covered by our in-house warranty. All of our cameras and equipment are covered for 1 full year against manufacturers defects. We take the worry out of ordering.

Quick Delivery
Our 24-hour turn around on in stock products will help you give your client the best possible service. For local deliveries give us the date and location for delivery and we will have it couriered there. For out of town orders, simply give us the address and shipping company you prefer. As well, we will give you an estimated shipping date for any back orders or special requests so you can better plan your installations.

Product Sourcing Services
We can also help you with your product sourcing. If there is something you are looking for, let our product-sourcing department know and we will find the product that best fits your needs. If you are used to sourcing your products only in North America, you may be very surprised at just how much you can save by expanding your options to include Taiwan.

Terms of Sale
Terms of Payment :
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and company check. Or net 30 days from the date of invoice for approved accounts. Over due accounts will be billed an additional 2% per month interest.

Minimum Order :
There is no minimum order.

Shipping :
Local shipments are couriered on a same or next day service. Out of town orders are shipped on the client's shipping account and at their specified service level. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt for shipping damage. Please report any shipping damage immediately to the shipping company for resolution. Any shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Pricing :
Due to the nature of the electronics industry, product prices are subject to change without notice. We will verify pricing on all orders before the order is shipped.

Returns :
Products may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the invoice date for any reason. Simply call us for a return authorization number, repackage the products in their original packaging, including any documents, and ship them back to our warehouse. Your account will be credited the full amount of products returned. We will not accept returns on special order items.
